Hey Reader!
Sometimes, even the best organization tool, time management technique, and prioritization tip isn’t going to help. Sometimes you just have to get shit done!
That’s how I feel this week. February always feels like it goes by more quickly even though it’s only a few days shorter than the other months. Well, it’s time to buckle down and grind out this last week to hit our goals and targets.
Not worry about what didn’t happen yet, what slowed us down, or what mistakes we made. Just focus on what we want to get done and finish it.
As long as we persist, we will progress.
Does this resonate with you this week?

What Would Jovita Do?
Revisiting my beginning of the month goals and vision is what helps me persevere. Even though everything didn’t go as “perfectly” as I planned, it doesn’t mean I can’t end the month feeling accomplished.
I took a look at my goals and the days I have left this month. I asked myself, what can I reasonably get done? What, if anything, am I willing to sacrifice to push harder to get these done? Then, I set a new plan for the remaining days. I set reminders on my calendar and more clear to do lists/action items so I don’t lose focus or get distracted.
Pro Tip
Help yourself stay motivated with visual representations. Are your goals in a place you can see them everyday? Do you have your motivational quotes and mantras in common areas? What digital reminders do you use on your phone or computer?
Plan for the times when you need that extra push or boost by setting these up in advance.

The discomfort of feeling stuck where you are - unhappy, unfulfilled, staying quiet, and not being true to yourself. Then, there's the discomfort of pushing past your...
